Your picnic includes a beautifully styled tablescape adorned with seasonal florals, soft ambient lighting, and plush pillows for cozy seating. Guests will enjoy a warm, crusty French loaf served with seasoned olive oil for dipping, along with a refreshing pitcher of fruit-infused water, crafted to perfectly complement the experience. Every detail is curated to create a setting that feels both intimate and indulgent.


All of our Picniques can be hosted at our private pond-front location off of Hairetown Road in Historic Jonesborough Tennessee, offering a serene and picturesque setting. If you prefer a different spot? We’re happy to bring the full luxury picnic experience to a location of your choice.


Travel & Destination Fees

For events hosted more than 10 miles from our home location, a travel fee applies:

$50 | Up to 20 miles

$75 | Up to 30 miles


YES!! You are always welcome to bring along your own picnic spread to enjoy. For those who’d like to elevate their experience, we also offer a curated selection of Tasty Add-Ons designed to complement your luxury Picnique.


 Yes! There is an additional charge of $75 for each additional hour.


We will review and confirm the weather forecast three (3) days before your scheduled event. Should inclement weather be expected at that time, you will have the option to reschedule your event. After this point, no refunds or rescheduling will be available.


Upon payment of the deposit, you may cancel your reservation up to six (6) days prior to your scheduled event. In such cases, your deposit may be reallocated toward a future picnic within one (1) year of the original event date.

Final Payment: The remaining balance is due in full no later than five (5) days prior to your event.
